With a strong background in petroleum engineering, international projects, and leadership development, Heba has built a reputation for delivering high-impact technical training, project strategy, and capability-building programs across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Over the last decade, Heba has held senior roles with leading global organizations such as Henkel, Seal for Life Industries, Canusa-CPS, and Shawcor, where she handled global offshore business development, specification training, technical workshops, and strategic project engagement for major clients including ADNOC, Aramco, BP, Shell, Total, Equinor, PDO, and EPCs worldwide.

At SGPC, Heba leads our Strategic Programs & Technical Learning Division, bridging technology, leadership, and experiential learning. She designs and delivers premium programs focused on leadership intelligence, strategic communication, technical mindset development, analytical problem-solving, and high-performance team alignment. Her teaching style blends clarity, confidence, and structure — making complex topics simple, actionable, and engaging.
